9 APRILI ST, TBILISI
Reserve is a casual fine dining restaurant in Tbilisi. Seasonal menus are created by chef Tomi Rissanen, who began his career in Finland and has worked across Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, where he previously led his own restaurant. His cooking is based on classical French technique, with a Scandinavian approach and restrained Asian influences. The kitchen works with produce from our own farm, an in-house bakery, and a breakfast menu. The restaurant is located in the historic center of the city, in a small park named after Oliver Wardrop, behind the Parliament of Georgia. Reserve operates in a discreet seven-table format.
Reservations are recommended due to the limited number of tables.
Bookings are available online.
Tasting menus are designed per person.
